These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Grand Business Brokers, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website (www.grandbusinessbrokers.com), membership programs, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Grand Buyers Membership Program
Membership Benefits
The Grand Buyers membership program provides qualified business buyers with premium services to support their business acquisition journey:
- First look at new business listings (one week before public release)
- Referral to SBA lending partners for prequalification
- Priority Letter of Intent (LOI) submission status
- Direct communication with our broker team
- Access to off-market opportunities when available
Membership Eligibility
The Grand Buyers program is designed for serious business buyers who are actively seeking to acquire a business. By enrolling, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have a genuine interest in purchasing a business
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You will use the membership benefits in good faith
Billing and Payment
Monthly Plan: $49 per month, billed monthly
Annual Plan: $295 per year, billed annually
Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Square
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable membership fee to your payment method. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If payment cannot be processed, we may suspend your membership until payment is received.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Grand Buyers membership at any time. To cancel, contact us at info@grandbusinessbrokers.com or call us at (618) 800-2499. Upon cancellation:
- Your membership benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- You will lose access to member benefits after the billing period ends
Refund Policy
Membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevented you from accessing membership benefits
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Cancellation within 48 hours of initial signup (for new members only)
To request a refund, please contact us with your membership details and reason for the request.
Service Limitations and Disclaimers
No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to provide valuable services to our members, we do not guarantee that you will find or successfully acquire a business through our services. The availability of business listings, financing approval, and transaction outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
SBA Prequalification
Our referral to SBA lending partners is a connection service only. Prequalification and loan approval decisions are made solely by the lending institutions. We do not guarantee financing approval or specific loan terms.
Listing Availability
First-look access to listings is subject to seller approval and listing availability. Some listings may not be available for early preview due to seller preferences or confidentiality requirements.
Priority Status
Priority LOI submission status indicates that your offers will be flagged for prompt review. Final decisions on offers remain at the discretion of sellers and are subject to negotiation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grand Business Brokers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or business interruption.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Grand Business Brokers or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Confidentiality
As a member, you may receive confidential information about businesses for sale. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public business information and not to disclose such information to third parties without proper authorization.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Illinois.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.
